Voter Information

Your right to vote in the United States of America is one of your most precious freedoms given to you by our Founding Fathers.  Please ensure that you keep that right by making sure your information with the Mississippi Secretary of State as well as your local county Circuit Clerk are correct.  Remember, our state enforces Voter ID for anyone who wants to vote to ensure that only citizens that are eligible to vote are allowed that hard fought honor.

All candidates running for the Central Mississippi Supreme Court race are non-partisan, so there is no primary election.  Voting will take place on November 5, 2024, with any runoff held on November 26, 2024.

Applicants who register in-person at their local Circuit Clerk’s office by October 7 and those who mail registration applications postmarked no later than October 7, 2024 are eligible to vote in the General Election.

Counties that will vote in this election include Bolivar, Claiborne, Copiah, Hinds, Holmes, Humphreys, Issaquena, Jefferson, Kemper, Lauderdale, Leake, Madison, Neshoba, Newton, Noxubee, Rankin, Scott, Sharkey, Sunflower, Warren, Washington, and Yazoo.
